Oxygen is key to life. Proper breathing is an important part of getting your body the right amounts of oxygen and eliminating carbon dioxide. Try this exercise three times a day and you will see the difference. The ratio of the breath is inhale 1, hold ,4 exhale 2. This video uses 5 seconds and you will want to build up to 8 seconds, for example this video is 5, 20, 10 but you want to get to the point where you can do 8, 32, 16.
