Once you know what you want to happen and why, the how mechanism is brought into play. Give yourself permission to capture and express any idea, and then later figure out how it fits in and what to do with it. This practice adds to your efficiency, when you have the idea, you grab it, which means you won’t have to have the idea again.
I will create mind maps for each project. The great thing is that it will help you generate many new ideas that might not have occurred to you if you didn\’t have a mechanism to hold your thoughts and continually reflect them back to you.

Don’t judge, challenge, evaluate or criticize. This is not to suggest you show off critical thinking, everything out to be fair game at this stage. Go for quantity not quality. Put analysis and organization in the background.
Today I have challenged my Big 6 super leaders to reflect on this statement for Friday’s meeting. “We are where we are because of who we were.” This will help me lead them to the discovery that we have attracted exactly what we asked for as the leaders at Legacy. Whether it is high acuity skilled that no-one else will take or employees that do not care and do not chart accurately to family members that are unreasonable. We have to think of what we want to and who we need to become to attract those desires.
I know that I can have any righteous desire through faith.
John 16:24 ‘Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name; ask, and ye shall receive that your joy may be full.’
2 Nephi 2:25 ‘Adam fell that men might be and men are, that they might have joy.’
I will ask, I believe, I will receive and my joy will be full!
